About Lake Ripley Apartments
Lake Ripley Apartments at 1205 S Sibley Avenue in Litchfield, Minnesota offers 31 apartments across two buildings. Our newer 12 unit building, built in 2010, has studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. Our 19 unit building has mostly studios, along with a couple of one bedrooms and a three bedroom. Both are one block from Lake Ripley, with the public beach, walking trails and playground close by. The property is locally owned and professionally managed by Van Binsbergen and Associates. Section 8 vouchers accepted. Residents pay electric (including heat); water, sewer and trash are included.
Recent Improvements
Lake Ripley has new ownership and a new property manager, and we are reinvesting in the building.
Every apartment that turns over is updated before the next resident moves in. We replace worn flooring, cabinets, countertops, appliances and fixtures as needed, so each unit is up to date, clean and move in ready.
We also added 27 indoor storage units, now free with studio, one bedroom and three bedroom apartments, and updated the electrical throughout the property.

How much is rent?
Studios start at $650 a month, one bedrooms at $825, two bedrooms at $925, and our three bedroom is $1,125. Water, sewer and trash are included.
What utilities are included?
Water, sewer and trash are included in rent. Residents pay their own electric, which includes heat.
Is there an application fee?
Not right now. We are currently waiving the application fee. Ask about current move in specials too.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is one month's rent.
How do I apply or schedule a showing?

Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are welcome with a $250 nonrefundable pet fee and $35 a month in pet rent per pet. Pets must be spayed or neutered and current on vaccinations. Breed and weight limits apply, so ask Van Binsbergen for details before you apply.
Is storage included?
Yes. Studio, one bedroom and three bedroom apartments come with a free indoor climate controlled storage unit.
Is parking free?
Yes. Parking is free for residents.
Is there laundry on site?
Yes. We have newer Speed Queen washers and dryers on site, and they are coin operated.
Is the property smoke free?
Yes. Lake Ripley Apartments is a smoke free property.
What lease lengths do you offer?
We offer flexible lease lengths. Ask us which terms are available for the apartment you want.
Do you accept housing vouchers?
Yes. We accept Section 8 and other housing vouchers.
How close are you to Meeker Memorial Hospital?
About half a mile. Lake Ripley Apartments and Meeker Memorial Hospital are both on South Sibley Avenue, a short drive or walk apart.
